Our SATP 8u team won second place in the San Marcos Slug Fest this past weekend! They were rained out after only one game on Saturday, putting them back in SM on Sunday for an 8am game. They seeded #2 to play in the semi-finals. Our SATP boys were victorious in the last inning by beating the West Side Spartans by one run. The boys fought hard in the Championship game against the San Antonio Spartans, coming from behind on a 6 point lead, but lost by one run. We are SO PROUD of how hard our boys fought and never gave up!! We will get them next time team!
